1. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out the following Monday unless a recognized Holiday interferes with carrier policies. Orders placed before 12 PM CDT typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CDT will be shipped the following day.

2. DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

Occasionally an order might get lost in transit. An order is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 consecutive days without a tracking update. Although our carriers make successful deliveries the majority of the time, we cannot take responsibility for lost orders until the 15 days has passed and we can file a claim.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).

If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package’s initial arrival.

4. RETURNS

Your satisfaction matters to us! If you were unhappy with anything purchased from us, be sure to reach out to  info@mishashrooms.com and we will make it right. Unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund. If you would like to make a return, please reach out to us directly for more information.
